We are settle down slowly in our New Home :)

We are settle down slowly in our new home:
It will be one month tomorrow that we moved out from Limerick city center to a very nice village called Annaccotty. The house is very nice, but as a new house, we had to experiment a lot of issues and we still have some problems, but slowly it is getting better. For instance, during the first week of our moving, we were without any heating and it was very cold. The system did not work, even if the builders were coming every day to find the problem with this heating system. It took a week for them to be able to fixe it. Then we had this issue with the fireplace and we still have it. The builders are not very reliable and it takes them ages to find a solution...It is a bit unfair for us, but hopefully it will be fixed by the end of the month. But the best part has been with our backgarden wall :) The builders were working on the house behind us which still on construction site and they saw a little crac on the wall and without informing us, they decided to broke the wall and rebuild it again...It was a very big surprise when we came to the kitchen and saw our backgarden wall on the ground and all the grass and plants in our garden completely spoilt...They finaly rebuild the wall after a week and next week the landscape company will replaced the grass, the plants and flowers. So apparently the garden should be nicer than before :)

Some picture of the cruise.

Our holidays on cruise at the Navigator of the Sea :)

It was a wonderful holidays on board at the navigator of the sea. We met nice people from all over the world, but also discover South of France, Italy and Spain and accommodated on the boat. We started our adventure from Barcelona where we visited Gaudy Parc, then we took the boat at the harbour of Barcelona and sail until Cannes :) We did a walking tour of Cannes. I have to say South of France is gorgeous and we stopped at some market to buy some nice fruits as we are missing it in Ireland :) We took the sea again to Florence/Pisa and then to Rome. We did different sightseeing such as Cinque Terre and as visited the Italian Countryside by a taste of wine :) We were really lucky as from a standard cabin, they upgrated us to a balcony cabin where we could have breakfast every morning and have a fantastic view on the sea. So my advise if you have time and a bit saving to do a trip go on cruise :)

La croisiere a bord du Navigator of the Sea etait genial.

Week end to Paris

I spend the week end (25th-28th April) with my family and some friends. It was so nice. Friday went to the pancake restaurant with Damien, Sabrina, Severine, Christelle and the little baby Chloe and my princesse Juju :) Then on Saturday, some friends, Gilles and Annick from Brittany came to spend the day with us. Lovely food and nice walk was on the programme. Sunday after have been visiting my Made and Jeannot and have lunch had to go to the airport. Always too short :) But I had a great time :)

Dean and Ludy

Summary of the year 2007 - Petit resume de l'annee 2007

To make a little summary of 2007, January has started for me with some issue as it was really difficult to find a permanent job in Limerick. After have been working as temp for 2 months in Banta, I found a contract role of 8 months in Shannon which have been extend and I still working there for the moment until May 2008. Then will have to see what happened...

In 2007, Dean and I have the opportunities to go several times to France and see my family. In 2008 will go to Australia.

In June 2007, I introduced Dean to my family. We spent a lovely week end in Paris.

In July 2007, we were invited to the wedding of a colleague of Dean at the Radison hotel. It was a very nice Irish wedding.

In August 2007, my cousin had a baby, a little girl called Chloe :)

In october 2007, we went to France to Quiberon (Brittany) for my mum birthday. A lot of good food and also nice walk along the cliffs...

At Xmas time we celebrated the festivity in France with my parents and for New year Dean and I move together :)

That's the summary of 2007.
